Uh-oh, vegan goodness coming your way. This is the quickest, freshest, most delicious salsa I've ever tasted to date...probably because it's a family recipe. It's time to share!

Yummy Vegan/Gluten Free SALSAAAA!

1 large fresh tomato
2 large cans peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 jalapeno pepper
5 garlic cloves
1 large red onion
3 scallions
3 Tbs olive oil
1 fresh lime
Handful of cilantro (you know it's a family recipe when the measurement is "a handful")
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
*yields 10-13 servings

Dice all ingredients and stir in a large bowl. Juice fresh lime and add to salsa mixture.
Proceed to enjoy.
