RAWESOME TACOS

INGREDIENTS1 head Romain lettuce
1 1/2 c. raw walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. ground coriander
3 tsp. Bragg’s liquid aminos (I substituted San-J gluten free low sodium soy sauce)
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of sea salt
drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
-Soak walnuts in water overnight
-Set Romain lettuce aside
-In a food processor (you can use a blender on a super high speed if you don't have a food processor) blend all ingredients (except for lettuce!)
-Blend until somewhat creamy, your mixture should have a grainy consistency.
Serve rawsome walnut "meat" in lettuce wraps with pico de gallo and guacomole (I served mine with Grapeseed Vegenaise and Frenches 100% natural spicy brown mustard instead. Mmmm SO delish!)
