I LIKE DIRT

I finally had the opportunity to collaborate with a photographer I've been wanting to work with for a while,  Jonas Adriaan Verheyen.  Jonas is a Philadelphia based photographer who's current project is  experimentation within performance portraiture. 

Our collaboration was largely centered around the emotions of the moment. Sitting in tall grass, equip with paint, lotion,gold leaf and the elements that surrounded me Jonas began photographing, and all I had to do was be myself.

This weekend a friend introduced me to Warm Up, a weekly concert sponsored by the MoMa PS1.  Warm Up features the best in experimental live music, sound, and DJs, both local and international across a range of genres.

It felt so good to dance the day away.  It's been a while...
