First of all let me begin with a disclaimer: I do not pretend to know the nutritional value or significance of this shake. My mom's like, "Oh no, peanut butter, calories" and I'm like "huh, calories? Fat? Wuuhh?"
But here's what I figure, it's PACKED with greens, fruits and vitamins so let's have a ball, shall we?
I made up this smoothie one day when I was craving some chocolatey goodness. I know my picture shows that I made it in a tiny blender (by Cooks, holla! - The less expensive version of The Nutra-Bullet) but I would make this recipe in a large blender if you have one.
Shall we commence? Well then look no further but below
Well this is take two, for real folks. I am encouraged because the first time I tried to be a vegetarian (at the humble age of 12) I was faithful to the lifestyle for 2 years until I went to high school and it was SO uncool and I was SO not cool enough yet to be myself. Thank goodness for college and Skinny Bitch. I will never eat meat again, 7 years and counting. (Oops I'm showing my age). ANYWAY moral of the story is 2nd times the charm (in my case).
SO so so so....I digress.
This weekend I went VEGAN CA-RAZYYYY and let loose in the kitchen. (Watch out Momma you've got competition). One of my creations was DARK CHOCOLATE ALMOND BUTTER!!!!
Whaaaaatttt??? I know right? This is my solution to Nutella.
